Challenge
Estée Lauder required a premium gold aluminium collar featuring double satin bands.
Traditional anodising approaches would require multiple processes, increasing cost and complexity.
SACO Solution
- Designed a custom diamond-effect mechanical roller.
- Integrated the roller into a multi-stage pressing operation.
- Component was lifted and rotated 360° while the satin band texture was applied.
- Used high‑grade gloss aluminium material.
- Finished with premium gloss gold anodising, leaving satin-band areas textured.

A signature collar with dual satin bands and gloss gold finish, launched worldwide.
